Built on a large language AI model, the system integrates intelligent search and natural language processing, drawing from a database of over 50,000 policy entries across 50 municipal departments and 12 districts. It addresses traditional inefficiencies like fragmented information and slow response times, marking a shift toward proactive, tailored services.

Since its launch, the assistant has served over 75,000 users, averaging 500 daily inquiries, reducing in-person consultations by 40%. It features multimodal interactions (text, voice, and video tutorials) to assist special groups like seniors and disabled individuals, with a 92.3% accuracy rate in understanding complex queries.

The platform emphasizes simplicity and efficiency, offering direct links for online applications and location guidance for offline services. Animated videos further simplify procedures for high-frequency tasks like social security payments and business registration.
