MOON INC (01723) announced that on August 15, 2025, subscriber Moon Investment Korea Limited (a directly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a limited company agreement with the fund manager. Under the agreement, the subscriber agreed to subscribe for subscription interests (a 2.97% stake in Asia Strategy Partners LLC) for a subscription amount of USD 1.2 million according to the terms and conditions of the limited company agreement.
