安徽金岩高岭土新材料股份有限公司（02693）7月31日公告称，基于截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合管理账目初步评估，公司预计期内录得母公司拥有人应占溢利约700万元至900万元。
与此相比，2025年同期公司实现母公司拥有人应占溢利约2,270万元。
公司指出，盈利下降主要由于下游行业需求低迷及市场竞争加剧，导致产品订单量及售价承压，产品销售收入下滑；同时，公司日常运营及管理费用较上年同期增加。
公告强调，上述数据未经公司核数师审阅或审核，最终业绩将载于预计于2026年8月发布的中期业绩公告。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时保持审慎。
