维太创科控股有限公司（06133）7月31日晚间公告了关于落实行动计划、解决2025财年审计“无法表示意见”的最新进展。公告显示，自2026年1月至今，公司已收回预付款项及按金约4,600万元人民币，并收回贸易应收款项约1,800万元人民币。\n\n公司同时通过法律顾问向相关供应商发出律师函，催收逾期预付款及按金，总额约4.5亿元人民币。维太创科表示，将持续向外聘核数师提供银行收据、退款及结算记录、往来函件等资料，以配合下一审计周期的核查。\n\n在业务推进方面，公司与业务伙伴合作，通过中央采购及招标安排引入卫星专业终端，相关产品预计于2026年第三季度开始装运。\n\n为改善流动资金状况，维太创科称将继续实施营运计划，控制行政成本及资本开支；必要时，公司亦将与主要股东磋商以寻求财务支持。\n\n公司股份自2026年4月1日暂停买卖，维太创科表示将适时发布进一步公告。
