公司目前聚焦大湾区，多数项目都位于深圳、广州、佛山、珠海、中山、江门及惠州等核心区域。期内物业开发分部实现营收34.97亿元，同比下降约38.9%，主要因高毛利率项目交付面积减少所致；物业投资分部营收约0.35亿元，同比增长34.4%。截至报告期末，已竣工持有待售物业合计约101.02亿元，在建物业约83.53亿元。公司表示，报告期已签约并收款但尚未交付的物业预售金额约为44.67亿元，这部分将在未来交付时确认收入。
