Flowing Cloud Technology Ltd. (Flowing Cloud) has filed a resubmitted Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026, indicating no changes to its authorised or issued share capital during the month.
The authorised share capital remains at 250.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0002, equivalent to USD 0.05 million.
