On 30 March 2026, Okura Holdings Limited announced that its Interim Report for the 2025–2026 financial year is now accessible on both the company website (www.okura-holdings.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who prefer a printed version can submit a completed request form to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label for local postage is provided on the form.

The company emphasised that once a shareholder opts for printed copies, the same format will be used for all future corporate communications unless the registrar is instructed otherwise or the shareholder no longer holds shares.
