JIANGSU EXPRESS (00177) announced that its controlling shareholder, Jiangsu Communications Holding, reported that its subsidiary Yunsan Capital acquired 27.652 million H shares of the company, representing approximately 0.5489% of the total issued share capital. Following the acquisition, Jiangsu Communications Holding and its concerted parties, including the subsidiary, collectively hold 2.771 billion shares (2.743 billion A shares and 27.652 million H shares), increasing their stake from about 54.4511% to 55.0000%.
