FS ANTHRACITE (01738) announced that Mr. Yu Mingwei has resigned as the company secretary, effective from November 17, 2025. Following his resignation, Mr. Yu will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules from the same date. Mr. Li Zongyang, the Chairman of the Board, will assume this role concurrently.
