根据最新消息，Rubrik计划私下发售10亿美元的5年期可转换债券。公司表示，这笔融资的净收益将用于多个目的，包括支付上限赎回、进行衍生品交易以减少稀释、全额偿还约3.28亿美元的未偿贷款并终止其信贷协议。此外，Rubrik还计划将部分资金用于潜在的收购或战略投资以及补充营运资金。
