On September 16, 2026, Jiren Liu, through his indirectly wholly-owned entity Kang Ruidao International Investment Inc., acquired 210,400 shares of NEUTECH GROUP on the SEHK open market at an average price of HKD 1.8393 per share, involving approximately HKD 386,989. This represents an on-exchange active trade and a direct dealing in the secondary market.
Prior to the acquisition, Jiren Liu's long position in NEUTECH GROUP was 408.91 million shares, representing 63.28%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 409.12 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 63.31%.
