国药控股股份有限公司（01099.HK）8 月 28 日公告披露，其附属公司国药集团一致药业股份有限公司（A 股股票代码：000028；B 股股票代码：200028，简称“国药一致”）截至 2026 年 6 月 30 日止六个月的主要未经审计财务数据。数据显示，期内公司经营规模保持稳定，但盈利和现金流出现下滑。

报告期内，国药一致实现营业总收入 362.66 亿元，较上年同期的 367.97 亿元下降 1.44%。归属于上市公司股东的净利润为 6.06 亿元，同比下降 8.97%；扣除非经常性损益后归母净利润为 5.99 亿元，同比减少 6.84%。基本及稀释每股收益均为 0.99 元，较上年同期的 1.09 元下滑 9.17%。

盈利能力方面，报告期加权平均净资产收益率为 3.21%，较上年同期的 3.70%下降 0.49 个百分点。

资产规模方面，截至 2026 年 6 月 30 日，国药一致总资产为 481.71 亿元，较期初的 490.96 亿元减少 1.89%；归属于上市公司股东的净资产为 188.73 亿元，较期初的 186.10 亿元增长 1.42%。

现金流表现承压。期内经营活动产生的现金流量净额为 −15.19 亿元，而上年同期为 1,506.67 万元，同比减少 10,179.98%。

国药控股董事会提醒投资者，上述数据为国药一致的主要未经审计财务指标，最终业绩仍需以其正式披露的 2026 年半年度报告为准。
