中远海运控股股份有限公司（01919.HK）7月20日发布《关于以集中竞价交易方式回购A股股份的进展公告》，通报其最新回购情况。公告显示，公司已于2026年7月7日启动本轮回购计划，回购期限自董事会审议通过之日起3个月。
截至2026年7月20日，公司已通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价方式累计回购A股19,696,961股，占2026年6月30日公司总股本的0.129%。对应成交价格区间为每股13.69元至14.96元，已支付总金额为约2.79亿元（不含交易费用）。
根据公司此前于2026年7月7日披露的回购方案，本轮回购预计投入资金区间为7.7亿元至15.4亿元，用途为“维护公司价值及股东权益”，回购股份将不用于减少注册资本、员工持股计划或股权激励，也不用于可转债转换。截至公告日，回购金额尚未达到预算下限，后续公司将继续按计划推进回购并依法披露进展。
公司表示，本次回购活动符合《上市公司股份回购规则》及《上海证券交易所上市公司自律监管指引第7号——回购股份》等相关规定，提醒投资者关注市场风险。
