2026年8月14日，香港兴业国际（00480）发布公告称，根据公司《组织章程细则》的相关规定，2019/2020财政年度已宣派但截至2026年9月14日仍未领取的股息将被没收并归入公司。
公告显示： 1. 截至2020年3月31日止年度，公司曾宣布派发每股5港仙的2019/2020年度中期股息，宣派日期为2019年11月15日，派发日期为2019年12月20日； 2. 同年度的每股7港仙末期股息，宣派日期为2020年6月17日，派发日期为2020年9月14日。
按照章程细则，如自宣派日起计满六年仍未领取，上述股息将于2026年9月14日被公司董事会没收并复归公司。
公司提醒尚未领取上述股息或未兑现金额的股东，尽快与香港中央证券登记有限公司（地址：香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17M楼）联系办理相关手续。
