Sinomax Announces HKD0.005 Final Dividend for FY2025

Sinomax Group Limited has declared a final ordinary dividend of HKD0.005 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to the company’s latest filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Shareholder approval for the payout is scheduled for 29 May 2026. Key dates announced are as follows: the stock will trade ex-dividend on 12 June 2026; the last day for lodging share transfers is 15 June 2026 at 16:30; the register of members will be closed from 16 June to 18 June 2026; and the record date has been set for 18 June 2026. Payment is slated for 10 July 2026.

The dividend will be distributed in Hong Kong dollars at an exchange rate of HKD1:HKD1, and no withholding tax has been indicated. Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F., Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, acts as the share registrar.

Current board composition comprises one non-executive director (Mr. Lam Chi Fan), four executive directors (Mr. Cheung Tung, Mr. Chen Feng, Mr. Lam Kam Cheung, and Ms. Lam Fei Man) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Wong Chi Keung, Mr. Zhang Hwo Jie, and Dr. Cheung Wah Keung).
