天宝集团控股有限公司（01979）7月10日公告称，经董事会对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月之未经审计管理账目进行初步审阅，并参考目前可得资料，预计期内归属于公司拥有人之溢利较2025年同期约2.12亿港元减少约40%至50%。
公司指出，业绩下滑的主要原因包括： 1. 地缘政治局势持续紧张； 2. 油价及贵金属价格大幅上升推高原材料成本，导致毛利受压； 3. 期内人民币升值对出口业务造成负面影响。
面向复杂的外部经营环境，天宝集团表示已着手审视现有业务模式及成本结构，并通过提升运营效率、优化资源配置及加强成本管控，应对行业竞争及宏观环境挑战。同时，公司将继续强化企业管治与内部监控机制，以改善盈利表现。
公司提醒，目前披露的业绩资料尚未经过独立核数师及/或审核委员会审阅，实际业绩或与本次预期存在差异。天宝集团计划于2026年8月按照上市规则披露截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩。
