回购授权于2026年6月5日通过，授权可回购股份总数为387,890,251股。截至本次回购，蒙牛乳业已在包括香港联交所在内的证券交易所累计购回1,441,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.037%。公司方面表示，本次股票回购以及相关发行股本变动均已获得董事会正式批准，并已遵守香港联合交易所有关证券上市规则及所有适用法律法规。
