Metasurface Technologies Holdings Limited repurchased 50,000 ordinary shares on 09 April 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD 0.15 million at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 2.97 per share (price range: HKD 2.97–HKD 2.98).
Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.033% to 149.95 million, while 50,000 shares are now held in treasury. Total issued share capital remains 150.00 million shares, as the repurchased stock has not been cancelled.
The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 30 June 2025, which authorises repurchases of up to 15.00 million shares. Cumulative utilisation of the mandate stands at 50,000 shares, equivalent to 0.033% of the company’s issued share count on the mandate date. In accordance with GEM Rule 10.06(3)(a), a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales extends through 09 May 2026.
Metasurface confirmed the repurchase complied with the Hong Kong GEM Listing Rules and that no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement dated 30 April 2025.
