RADIANCE HLDGS Announces Resignation of Auditor EY

RADIANCE HLDGS (09993) has issued an announcement stating that its Board of Directors and the Audit Committee under the Board have received a letter from Ernst & Young (EY) dated April 30, 2026. In the letter, EY indicated that it will not seek reappointment as the company's auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. As stated in the letter, EY considered several factors in its decision to resign, including the level of audit fees and the internal resources available to it under the current workflow. Consequently, EY will step down as the company's auditor at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting and will not be reappointed.
