Shunten International (Holdings) Limited (00932) reported that, as of the end of February 2026, its authorized share capital remained at 4,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.0025, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million in total. There was no change in the authorized capital during the month.
The total issued share count also remained at 3,107.89 million, with no treasury shares recorded. Public float requirements continued to be met, with no discrepancy noted. According to the 2023 Share Option Scheme, 310.79 million share options remained outstanding.
