KS SMART MGMT’s July 2026 Return Shows Stable Capital Base, Adequate Public Float

KS SMART MGMT (Kong Shum Smart Management Group (Holdings) Limited) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a static capital structure and full compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float rules.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million.

Issued share capital was steady at 1.13 billion ordinary shares, and the group continues to hold no treasury shares. As a result, the total number of issued shares also stayed at 1.13 billion.

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations during the month.

Management confirmed that the public float comfortably met the minimum 25 per cent threshold stipulated under the GEM Listing Rules. The filing—submitted on 4 August 2026 by Company Secretary William Yuen—also certifies compliance with all relevant regulatory and listing requirements throughout the period.
