2026年7月9日，达丰设备服务有限公司（股票代码：02153，以下简称「达丰设备」）发布自愿公告称，公司已于当日完成第十次在SDAX多币种商业票据（CP）融资计划下、以新加坡元计值的数字证券商业票据发行。
本期票据（「3个月SGD系列010」）票面年利率为4.40%，自发行日起约三（3）个月到期。达丰设备预计可从符合条件的认可投资者及机构投资者处募集30百萬新加坡元至35百萬新加坡元，募集资金将全部用于集团主营业务的营运资金。
达丰设备此前于2024年4月3日启动总规模50百萬新加坡元的多币种、多个系列无抵押非后偿商业票据融资计划，在SDAX平台以证券型代币形式发行并上市。此次为该计划启动后的第十次发行。
公司称，持续进行的商业票据发行将为集团提供灵活、高效的短期融资支持，以满足日常运营资金需求。
