Top Standard Corporation has notified shareholders of a further delay in issuing its circular related to the proposed subscription of new shares and connected transactions. Originally scheduled for release on or before 10 July 2026, the document is now expected to be dispatched on or before 24 July 2026 due to additional time required to finalize its contents.
The forthcoming circular will include: 1. Full details of the planned share subscription. 2. A recommendation from the Independent Board Committee addressed to independent shareholders. 3. An advice letter from the independent financial adviser on the connected transactions. 4. A notice convening the extraordinary general meeting and the corresponding proxy form.
The delay follows earlier announcements dated 1 June 2026 and 26 June 2026, both of which outlined the transaction framework and initial timetable. The board currently comprises Executive Directors Mr. Chuk Stanley (also Chairman) and Mr. Ying Kan Man, alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Tang Chiu Ming, Jeremy, Ms. Ding Weiyu and Mr. Lynch Stephen Joseph Chor.
