Green Energy Group Limited announced that, effective 14 April 2026, independent non-executive director (INED) Jiang Zhihua has stepped down and Corrie Wai Yan Chan has been appointed as her successor. Jiang’s resignation stemmed from the need to devote more time to other business commitments; she confirmed no disagreement with the company and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Chan, aged 40, joins the board with more than 15 years of finance and compliance experience. Since August 2023 she has served as assistant vice president in Everbright Securities International’s compliance department, overseeing investment-banking compliance. Her prior roles include senior specialist at Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong) Financial Holdings (June 2018–July 2023), associate in the Listing & Regulatory Affairs Division of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (August 2014–January 2018), and audit positions at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (October 2009–August 2014).

Under a two-year appointment running through 13 April 2028, Chan will receive a monthly emolument of HK$0.01 million, determined with reference to her qualifications and prevailing market conditions. She has also been named to the audit, nomination and remuneration committees.

As of the announcement date, the board consists of three executive directors—Shao Mingbiao, Lo Kam Wing JP and Ho Wai Hung—and three INEDs—Tam Chun Wa, Man Kwok Leung and Corrie Wai Yan Chan.
