本次回购所涉股份尚未注销，变动后公司已发行股本总数仍为2,314,012,871股。公告显示，华润燃气控股已于2025年5月28日通过相关购回授权，可购回股份上限为231,401,287股；截至目前，公司共回购944,900股，占授权通过当日已发行股本数目的0.0408%。
