SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Limited has published its FY2025/26 Annual Report, accompanying shareholder circular, and proxy form for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM). All documents are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.smartoneholdings.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk), with printed copies available on request.

Key points:

• Document package: In addition to the 2025/26 Annual Report, the company issued a circular covering (i) general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, (ii) the proposed final dividend, (iii) re-election of directors, (iv) re-appointment of auditor, and (v) proposed amendments to the Bye-laws, together with the AGM notice and proxy form.

• Transition to paperless communications: In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing and electronic dissemination rules effective 31 December 2023, SmarTone will distribute all future corporate communications electronically via its website and HKEXnews. Printed versions will be provided only upon shareholder request.

• Action required: Shareholders are encouraged to supply a valid email address—either by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Without a valid email address, shareholders must monitor the company’s and HKEXnews websites for updates, and only actionable corporate communications will continue to be mailed in hard copy.

• Printed copy option: Shareholders preferring physical documents may request printed versions for one year by returning the reply form or emailing smartone.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

• Enquiry details: Questions should be directed to the branch share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during Hong Kong business hours.

The adoption of electronic dissemination is expected to streamline shareholder communications and align SmarTone with the Hong Kong Exchange’s enhanced paperless regulatory framework ahead of the 2026 AGM scheduled per the newly released notice.
