蒙古矿业有限公司（「蒙古矿业」，股票代码：00975）于2025年11月25日公告，基于此前通过的回购授权，于当日在香港交易所回购普通股195,000股，每股价格介乎9.81港元至9.88港元，涉资总额约1,922,700港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持在1,041,212,786股，库藏股数量仍为0。是次回购股份约占公司现有已发行股本的0.0187%。公司回购授权通过日期为2025年5月26日，可回购股份总数为103,352,428股，截至目前已回购1,482,000股，占获授权时已发行股本0.1434%。
蒙古矿业表示，此次股份回购符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由董事Battsengel Gotov签署。
