Stamford Land Corporation Ltd announced a proposed final one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 0.5 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended Mar, 31 2026.

The distribution is subject to approval at the company’s annual general meeting on Jul, 30 2026. Shareholders may choose to receive the payout in cash or in new shares under Stamford Land’s Scrip Dividend Scheme, which will apply to this dividend.

The shares will trade ex-dividend on Aug, 7 2026, with the record date set for Aug, 11 2026. The company will disclose the issue price of the new shares on Aug, 12 2026; this price will be based on the average volume-weighted average price of trades between the ex-dividend date and the record date and may include a discount of up to 10%.

Payment of the cash dividend, crediting of the new shares to securities accounts and their listing on the Singapore Exchange are scheduled for Sep, 28 2026. Overseas shareholders who wish to participate in the scrip option must provide a Singapore mailing address by Aug, 5 2026.

The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares, except for entitlements where the record date precedes their allotment.
