此次派息的除净日为2026年6月2日，记录日期为2026年6月5日，股息派发日定于2026年7月15日。为符合获分派资格，股东须于2026年6月3日16:30前递交股份过户文件，公司将于6月4日至6月5日暂停办理股份过户登记。
根据公告，公司将对不同股东类型代扣代缴所得税。非中国内地登记地址的非居民企业股东及非个人居民股东，均按10%税率代扣企业所得税；中国内地登记地址的个人居民股东，则按20%税率代扣个人所得税；内地企业投资者不代扣，由企业自行申报缴纳。
