公司已发行股份总数目前仍为254,416,106股A类普通股及15,446,778股B类普通股，所回购股份尚待注销。该次回购根据公司于2025年6月25日通过的购回授权进行，可购回股份总数为26,300,429股，至今公司已根据该授权累计回购3,088,491股。
公告同时确认，公司已遵守相关上市规则与法律法规，本次股份购回由公司秘书刘綺華签署。
