中船海洋与防务装备股份有限公司（简称“中船防务”）于2026年5月7日披露了截至2026年4月30日的证券变动月报表。报告显示，公司在本报告期内总股本结构保持不变，未发生新增发行、股份购回或注销、库藏股等变动。
