Bulletin Express
May 07

Elegance Optical International Holdings Limited (Elegance Optical) has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, providing the following key updates:

Elegance Optical’s authorised share capital remained steady at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. No changes to the authorised or registered capital were recorded during April.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 872.86 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares. Elegance Optical confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%.

Under the share option scheme approved on 16 March 2020, a total of 28.00 million options at an exercise price of HKD 1.33 per share remained outstanding at month-end. Although no options were exercised in April, up to 87.29 million shares could still be issued upon full exercise of outstanding and future grants within the scheme’s ten-year term (ending 18 March 2031).

The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertibles, other share-issuance arrangements, or movements in treasury shares during the month.

These disclosures indicate a stable capital structure for Elegance Optical through April 2026, with adequate public-float levels and a defined pool of potential dilution from its existing share option scheme.
