宋都服务集团5月20日公告称，其间接全资子公司杭州宋都物业经营管理有限公司与杭州银行签署协议，以集团内部闲置资金认购“添利宝”结构性存款产品，金额为人民币12百万元。
该产品为保本浮动收益型，收益与欧元兑美元即期汇率挂钩，内部风险评级为R1（低风险）。起息日为2026年5月22日，到期日为2026年10月31日，预期到期年化收益率区间为0.45%至2.15%。宋都物业可在每月最后一自然日提前终止或赎回。
宋都服务表示，鉴于产品保本、收益高于一般银行存款且期限较短，本次投资可提升闲置资金使用效率，不会对日常运营资金造成影响。
根据香港联交所上市规则，交易相关适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，需要履行申报及公告义务。
宋都服务集团主要在浙江省提供物业管理、非业主增值服务、社区增值服务以及长租公寓和酒店等业务；杭州银行为总部位于杭州的上市商业银行，二者不存在关联关系。
