2026年8月24日，中国中信股份有限公司（00267）于香港联交所发布海外监管公告，披露其附属公司中信海洋直升机股份有限公司（股票代码：000099）2026年半年度报告摘要。
报告期内，中信海直实现营业收入100,808.35万元，同比下降2.89%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为12,531.57万元，同比下降18.31%；扣除非经常性损益后的净利润为12,571.25万元，同比下降18.18%。
经营性现金流方面，期内净流入24,001.26万元，同比减少53.32%。报告期末，公司总资产为77.45亿元，较上年末增长0.16%；归属于上市公司股东的净资产为55.43亿元，较上年末增长0.91%。
董事会审议通过了利润分配预案，拟以7.76亿股为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金红利0.647元（含税），不进行送股及资本公积转增股本。
期内，公司完成“航材购置及飞机维修项目”的结项，并将节余募集资金约6,028.34万元（含利息）永久补充流动资金；相关募集资金专户已于2026年4月11日注销。4月，控股子公司海直通用航空有限责任公司获得政府补助资金3,644万元。
截至2026年6月30日，中信海直普通股股东总数为109,740户。控股股东中国中海直有限责任公司持股比例为30.18%，中信投资控股有限公司持股比例为8.45%。
公告称，除一名董事因个人原因未能出席外，其余董事全部出席了此次半年报董事会会议。该半年度报告已于深圳证券交易所网站披露。
