Public information shows that Shi Hailong, born in February 1973, holds a bachelor's degree. He previously served in various roles, including as a staff member at the Gansu Branch of China Construction Bank, Manager of the Audit Committee Office at the Lanzhou Office of China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd., Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Department at the Gansu Provincial Government Financial Office, and held multiple senior positions within the Gansu Rural Credit Cooperatives Union, such as Party Committee Member, Head of the Party Committee Organization Department, General Manager of Human Resources, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Lanzhou Rural Commercial Bank, and later as Party Committee Member and Deputy Director of the Union. He also served as Party Committee Member and Head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team dispatched by the Gansu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection to Gansu Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd., and as Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of Gansu Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. Since September 2025, he has served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Bank of Gansu.
