Domestic Futures Contracts Mostly Higher in Closing Session, Shanghai Silver Soars Over 12%

On February 24, 2026, the majority of domestic futures contracts closed higher. Shanghai silver surged more than 12%, while lithium carbonate gained over 10%. European container freight and SC crude oil rose more than 6%, with low-sulfur fuel oil and platinum advancing over 5%. Palladium and butadiene rubber increased more than 4%. On the downside, polysilicon fell more than 4%, and coking coal and live hogs declined over 2%.
