于二零一五财政年度，王朝酒业录得收入约1.70亿港元，较上一年度的2.71亿港元减少约37%。同期毛利约0.53亿港元（上一年度为1.05亿港元），降幅约49%。归属公司所有者的溢利约0.14亿港元，相比上一年度的0.33亿港元减少约59%。每股基本盈利从二零一四年度的2.37港仙降至0.97港仙。

报告期内，货品销售成本中原料成本约占65%，制造间接费用约占24%，消费税及其他税项约占11%，较上一年度（分别为69%、22%、9%）有所变化。红葡萄酒产品与白葡萄酒产品的毛利率分别约为25%与35%，上一年度则分别约为36%与41%。

截至二零一五年十二月三十一日，公司资产总额为约5.64亿港元，其中非流动资产约1.43亿港元，流动资产约4.22亿港元；负债总额约2.09亿港元，较上一年度的2.56亿港元有所下降，权益总额则由3.24亿港元增至约3.55亿港元。

在现金流方面，经营活动于二零一五年度录得约0.83亿港元净流出，高于上一年度的0.10亿港元。投资活动取得约0.39亿港元的净流入，而上一年度则为0.29亿港元净流出。融资活动在二零一五年度实现约0.12亿港元净流入，相比上一年度约0.01亿港元的净流出有所改善。

整体负债比率由上一年度的约44%下降至约37%。截至报告期末，公司持有现金及银行结余约0.94亿港元，用于日常运营支出及业务拓展，包括完成建造项目及应对市场环境变化等。
