YUZHOU GP-NEW Releases 2025 Annual Report and Shifts to Full E-Delivery of All Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 27

Yuzhou Group Holdings Company Limited (YUZHOU GP-NEW) announced on 27 April 2026 that its latest Annual Report, shareholder Circular and Proxy Form (collectively the “Current Corporate Communications”) are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://yuzhou-group.com/) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Key points:

• Scope of documents: The publication covers the directors’ report, audited annual financial statements, any applicable summary financial report, the interim report, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

• Distribution arrangements: Shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed materials will find hard-copy versions enclosed with this notice. Others may obtain printed copies free of charge by writing to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or by emailing yuzhougroup.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

• Transition to electronic dissemination: In line with Rule 2.07A of the HKEX Listing Rules, YUZHOU GP-NEW has formally adopted electronic-only dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders are encouraged to provide a valid email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed Reply Form or by emailing the registrar—to receive notification of future publications.

• Implications for shareholders without a registered email: Until a functional email address is supplied, shareholders will not receive electronic alerts and must independently monitor the company’s and HKEXnews websites for updates. “Actionable Corporate Communications”—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will still be dispatched in hard copy.

• Opt-in for hard copies: Investors preferring printed communications can elect to receive them for a one-year period by submitting the Reply Form or emailing the registrar with their name, address and request.

• Support channels: Enquiries can be directed to the dedicated hotline on +852 3468 8650, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Hong Kong time).

The board, chaired by Ms. Kwok Ying Lan, underscored that the shift to electronic delivery is intended to enhance timeliness and align with regulatory guidance while reducing environmental impact and distribution costs.
