On 22 September 2026, Imagi International Holdings Limited announced that its 2026 interim report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.imagi.hk) and on the HKEXnews website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Registered shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy communications will receive the printed interim report by post. Those experiencing difficulty accessing the online version, or who prefer physical copies, may request them free of charge by submitting the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, or by emailing 585-ecom@vistra.com.
