LANCANG TEA (06911) announced that on February 12, 2026, the company, as the borrower, entered into a working capital loan agreement with the Lancang Lahu Autonomous County Branch of Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., the lender. Under the agreement, the lender has consented to provide a general working capital loan of 45.8 million yuan to the company.
