Wells Fargo analyst Ike Boruchow has reduced the target price for Lululemon Athletica (LULU.US) from $270 to $225 while maintaining a "neutral" rating. The analyst believes that Lululemon Athletica's outlook remains challenging and highlighted three primary concerns: The company's primary challenge lies in the uncertainty surrounding its U.S. same-store sales performance and unclear growth prospects in the Chinese market. Additionally, the second half of the year is expected to be more difficult due to tariff pressures and pricing challenges. During the first quarter earnings call, Lululemon Athletica management provided guidance for the second quarter of 2025. The company expects revenue to range between $2.535 billion and $2.560 billion, representing year-over-year growth of 7% to 8%.
