On 15 April 2026, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC) announced the full transition to electronic dissemination of its corporate communications, aligning with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023.
The initiative covers all future documents issued for securities-holders’ information or action, including directors’ reports, audited annual accounts, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be accessible on the company’s website (www.crcc.cn) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed distributions.
Shareholders are encouraged to submit functional email addresses by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the completed form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
Failure to provide an email address will result in shareholders not receiving electronic publication notices; they will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently. In such cases, only actionable corporate communications—those requiring shareholder decisions—will be posted in hard copy.
Shareholders preferring printed materials can request them via the reply form or by emailing crcc1186@computershare.com.hk, specifying name and address. This preference remains valid for one year from receipt of the instruction.
Enquiries may be directed to the share registrar at (852) 2862 8688 on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).
