Share buy-back activity: • On 28 August 2026, TTI repurchased 35,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$134.00 and HK$137.00, for a total consideration of HK$4.72 million. • Including buybacks from 19–27 August, a cumulative 190,000 shares have been repurchased but not yet cancelled. The aggregate outlay for these eight sessions is approximately HK$26.40 million, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase cost of HK$138.94 per share. The 190,000 shares represent about 0.01 % of the company’s outstanding share capital.
Repurchase mandate utilisation: • The current shareholder mandate dated 8 May 2026 authorises the company to repurchase up to 182.98 million shares. • To date, 3.05 million shares have been bought back under this mandate, equivalent to 0.17 % of the issued shares outstanding at the mandate date.
Capital management: • All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation; none will be held as treasury shares. • In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, TTI is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 27 September 2026.
The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations and the terms of its March 2026 explanatory statement.
