龙皇集团（08493.HK）3月31日发布补充盈利预警公告。公司预计截至2025年12月31日止财政年度将录得净亏损约14.0至16.0百万元，较此前披露的亏损预测减少约12.0百万元。亏损收窄的主要原因是两家附属公司被香港高等法院颁令清盘并自财务报表中剔除后，集团确认一次性非现金收益约12.0百万元。 \n\n上述两家被清盘的附属公司曾负责集团于黄埔及观塘的酒家业务。清盘完成后，集团终止对其合并入账，从而产生一次性收益，直接抵减整体亏损。除了该项调整外，早前盈利预警中的其他信息保持不变。 \n\n公司董事会已定于2026年3月31日召开会议，审议并批准经审核的2025财年年度业绩。自2025年10月20日9时起，龙皇集团股份已在联交所暂停买卖，且将继续暂停，直至另行公告。股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时需保持审慎。
