公司披露，本次回购价格区间为每股人民币36.48元至36.62元，总耗资人民币7,424,415元（约742.44万元）。回购完成后，截至2026年3月6日，公司A股已发行股数为4,742,130,920股，库存A股57,299,489股，H股则维持240,000,000股不变，整体已发行股份总数依旧为4,799,430,409股。
公司表示，此次股份购回依据董事会于2025年4月28日批准并于2025年10月30日调整的回购授权进行，并确认已遵守相关上市规则和法律规定。公告由联席公司秘书甘玲签署。
