LX Technology repurchases 0.26% of outstanding shares in April, spending HKD 13.79 million

For the month ended 30 April 2026, LX Technology Group Limited reported a net reduction of 918,900 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.26% of its previously outstanding share base. As a result, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined from 353.26 million to 352.34 million shares, while an identical 918,900 shares were transferred to treasury, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 353.26 million.

The decrease stemmed entirely from on-market buy-backs executed between 20 and 30 April 2026. Nine transactions were completed at prices ranging from HKD 13.44 to HKD 15.25 per share, bringing the aggregate consideration to approximately HKD 13.79 million.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing HKD 10.00 million in authorised capital.

The LX Brothers Employee Incentive Plan continued to carry 17.77 million outstanding share options with no exercises, cancellations or new grants during the month.

Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement following the transactions.
