2026年4月28日，鹰辉物流有限公司（股票代码：01442，香港联合交易所主板上市）在最新公告中披露，拟向即将召开的股东周年大会申请普通决议，授予董事会于决议案通过当日起至下届股东周年大会结束前的一般性购回授权，以依法在市场上回购不超过已发行股本10%的公司股份。根据公告，于最后实际可行日，鹰辉物流已发行股份合计约2,064,000,000股，在该授权获批并假设于股东周年大会前未发生进一步发行或购回的情况下，公司最多可回购约206,400,000股股份。
