CICC Plans to Issue Short-Term Corporate Bonds Worth Up to 6 Billion Yuan

CICC (03908) announced that it will issue Phase I of its 2026 short-term corporate bonds, targeted at professional investors, from August 13, 2026, to August 14, 2026. The total issuance amount for this bond series is capped at 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan), with no over-allotment option.

The proceeds from this bond issuance, after deducting issuance expenses, are intended to be fully used to replenish working capital. The bonds are divided into two tranches. Tranche 1 has an issuance amount of up to 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan), while Tranche 2 also has an issuance amount of up to 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan). The aggregate issuance amount for both Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 of this bond series will not exceed 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan).
