The shares were bought at prices ranging from RMB 20.01 to RMB 20.22, with a volume-weighted average purchase price of roughly RMB 20.13. Total consideration amounted to RMB 22.34 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 6.11 billion from 6.11 billion, representing a marginal reduction of 0.02%. Concurrently, the number of treasury shares rose to 67.88 million, while the total number of shares in issue—including treasury shares—remained unchanged at 6.18 billion.
The repurchase was executed under a board-approved mandate and complied with all applicable regulatory requirements, according to the company’s filing. All acquired shares will be retained as treasury stock to support forthcoming share incentive plans; no shares were cancelled in this transaction.
Haier Smart Home confirmed that cash settlement for the buyback has been completed and that the action aligns with both Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange regulations.
