SHANYU GROUP (08245) announced that Yang Chengwei has resigned from his positions as (i) executive director, (ii) authorized representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and (iii) compliance officer, effective October 31, 2025. Yang Chengwei made this decision to dedicate more time to personal matters.

Effective October 31, 2025, the company's executive director Zhu Weibiao has been appointed as the authorized representative and compliance officer to fill the vacancies left by Yang Chengwei.
